Space planning
We draw furniture layouts to your floor plan, capacity and circulation needs. For a hotel lobby that might mean balancing lounge seating with clear routes to the lifts; for an office it might mean zoning breakout areas away from focus space. You get a scaled plan you can share with landlords, fit-out contractors and fire risk assessors.
3D visualisation
Seeing a room before you commit makes decisions easier. We produce 3D render ideas of your space furnished with the products we propose, so owners, boards and investors can sign off with confidence.
Furniture specification
We prepare a full schedule for every item: product codes, dimensions, fabrics, finishes, lead times and fire safety performance. We specify from the contract ranges of brands including HAY, Vitra, Muuto, Fritz Hansen, Cassina and &Tradition, with access to many more through our supply partner, Rainbow Design.
Procurement, delivery and installation
Once you approve the specification, we place and track every order, consolidate deliveries and install the furniture on site, including out-of-hours work where needed. One point of contact manages the whole process and stays on hand for repeat orders and aftercare.
Refurbish and repurpose
Good furniture deserves a second life. If you have classic pieces that need care, we can arrange refurbishment and reupholstery so they fit your new scheme, saving money and reducing waste.
